Secretary

Reports to:  President

To provide communications and maintain Company records.

1.   Promptly prepares and distributes minutes of meetings of the Board of Directors.

2.   Prepares proxies for the Annual Membership Meeting.

3.   Maintains up-to-date summary of policy decisions and recommendations of the Board of Directors, known as POLICY GUIDE.

4.   Operates with approved budget for Office of Secretary.

5.   Responsible for Company correspondence.

6.   Responsible for distributing up-to-date copies of By-Laws, Policy Guides, Job Description Guidelines and other requested items to all new officers and Board Members.

7.   Reads previous Annual Meeting Minutes at Annual Membership Meeting for approval.

8.   Responsible for transfer of all Company records to succeeding secretary.
