Operations
Please
read and follow the format set forth:
1. Count your
cash at the beginning of every shift and indicate the amount on the proper
Beginning Balance space on the day you are working.
2. If you had
any out of pocket expenses (snacks, ice, etc.) be sure to put the receipt
in the money bag, take the amount that the company owes you and fill in the
amount on the proper line for the day you worked.
3. Underneath
the bar you will find some kind of snack. Fill a few wooden bowls and place them
on the bar. Also place a bowl of snacks on each of the small tables.
4. You will
also need to put out napkins on the bar and on the small tables. (Do not go
overboard). Be sure to place two garbage cans (with liners) in a convenient
place for the patrons to throwaway their empty soda glasses.
5. Check with
the ushers before the show to make sure you will have help during intermission.
6. At the end
of your shift, be sure to clean up and restock the soda in the refrigerator for
the next performance. The soda is located in the prop room located next to the
ladies room. The door should be unlocked. If not, be sure to call the
chairperson for the combination. Place the money bag in the top drawer of the
desk in the box office.
