SLOC GUIDELINES - December 2003
Historian Chairperson
Reports to:
Vice-President Company Operations
1.
The historian shall be appointed by the VP of Company Operations
with approval of the board.
2.
He/she will be responsible for collecting and filing all newspaper
clippings pertaining to individual shows and special events involving SLOC.
3.
He/she will order, collect and file a VHS or DVD copy of each
show.
4.
He/she will collect and file 2 playbills from each show.
5.
He/she will collect, organize and file candid pictures of shows
and events as available from the public and members.
6.
He/she will collect and file or display any awards received by
SLOC.
7.
All of the above items will be stored in the appointed archival
room in locked filing cabinets. Certain items will be displayed on walls and
shelves (i.e. framed pictures, awards etc.)
8.
The archival room shall remain locked at all times with the
exception of show times; it should then be open for public viewing.
9.
The Historian, VP of Company Operations, VP of Facilities and the
SLOC. President should have a key to
the archival room and filing cabinets.
